Located at the 7th Street, Fishers Landing and Vancouver Mall Transit Centers, the Customer Service Officesprovide: route and schedule information, Paratransit information, pass and ticket sales, special fare identificationcards, rider response, customer comments, Bike & Bus training, personal trip planning and lost and found.
Local routes typically begin service as early as 6:15 a.m., with service ending around 9:15 p.m. Most commuterservice to Portland begins at 5:20 a.m., with the last return trip to Vancouver at 6:30 p.m. For more specifictime-schedule information, click on the individual route links on the Schedules & Mapspage.
C-TRAN/TRI-MET FARE RULES allow for the use of Tri-Met transfers, tickets and passes on C-TRAN, when valid for the appropriate zone; additionally, C-TRAN tickets and passes can be used on Tri-Met and MAX, when valid for the appropriate zone.
This C-TRAN service allows our customers to purchase their monthly passes and ticket booklets by mail each month.Customers send their monthly order and payment to our Customer Service office, and we return their passes or ticketbooklets, along with an order form for the next month, by mail. Orders for monthly passes must be received by the 10thof the month before the month for which you are purchasing the pass. Your pass will be mailed to arrive by the 1st ofthe month for which it is valid. Requests for ticket booklets may be made at any time. C-VAN is Clark Countys paratransit service for persons with disabilities who are unable to use fixed route C-TRAN buses. One-way cash fares within Clark County are $1.00. Monthly passes are also available. C-VAN riders need to complete an application and be certified by a health professional to be eligible. For C-VAN information, please click here or call 695-8918.
